What's included in the monthly fee?

Talent Solutions acts as your recruiting department — bringing every needed tool to the table. We run the end-to-end recruitment process: writing and posting the job, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and background checks. You don't have to do the tedious work.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — to take advantage of the no-placement-fee model, we require a minimum commitment of 6 months. A 12-month commitment unlocks lower monthly pricing on every tier.

How does this compare to a contingency recruiter charging 20–30% of salary?

Our model lets you hire as many candidates as you want from our submittals — no per-placement fees. Most partners realize cost savings equivalent to a 5–10% placement fee per candidate, with predictable monthly billing instead of large variable fees.

How are submittals counted?

Submittal goals are based on the number of qualified candidates we deliver to you each month (6, 12, or 18 depending on your package) — not the number of roles you're hiring for. You can have multiple roles open at once; we distribute your monthly submittal goal across them based on each role's complexity and search criteria.

Are there any setup or add-on fees?

No. There are no setup costs. We can start immediately and begin driving impact for you from day one.

What if I need to fill more roles than my plan covers?

Your plan covers any open roles you'd like us to work on. Talent Solutions acts as a recruitment partner and will advise on which roles can yield more or fewer candidates based on the position's criteria. Need to flex up on volume in a given month? See the Flex-Up Option above.

How and when am I billed?
